De Boer Snijbedrijf cuts many parts for all kinds of installations used in civil engineering.

For instance the motorway in Enkhuizen was routed underneath a lock, creating a new situation in which the lock doubles as aqueduct. The name naviduct was concocted for this new phenomenon. Essential parts of the floating jetties of the naviduct were cut to size by De Boer Snijbedrijf.
