The demand for certified work has increased. Since September 2008, De Boer Snijbedrijf has been authorised by Lloyds Register to re-mark materials with a 3.1 (formerly 3.1b) and 3.2 (formerly 3.1c) inspection certificate in accordance with EN 10204.

That means that it is straightforward for De Boer Snijbedrijf to provide stamping services for its clients, generating major logistical benefits. Routing times are cut down because we no longer have to wait for the surveyor. In addition, the sheets don't have to be stamped before cutting; the products can be stamped after they have been cut to size. In this way, the quality is secured and it is always possible to see which sheet the product has been cut from, as well as its properties and the norms it complies with.
